Q: What are the differences in your floor plans?

Our Courtyard apartments are located on the first floor level, our Overlook homes are on the second floor level, while our Summit apartments offer great views from the third floor.

Q: What does Concierge mean?

Apartment homes designated as Concierge indicate that upgraded amenities such as oval soaking tub(s), a double door refrigerator, backsplash kitchen tile, gray plank floors and more are included in your home. Exclusions apply to studios on select upgrades.

Q: What does Smart Home mean?

Smart Home means your home will include a Vivint technology package that includes a video doorbell and keyless entry, plus lights, camera and thermostat all controlled on one flatscreen tablet.

Q: What are your occupancy qualifications?

Studio and 1 Bedroom — maximum of 3 people Two (2) Bedroom — maximum of 5 people Three (3) Bedroom — maximum of 7 people

What are the differences in your floor plans?

Do you have townhomes, and are they located on one level or two?

Our two-story buildings have townhome style entrances with the apartment all on one level.

What is parking like?

Each home includes one (1) assigned parking arrangement as part of the lease agreement. We also have additional detached garages available to rent per month.

Who is your cable and internet provider?

We use Mereo for satellite and internet bundled affordably in your lifestyle fee. The service provides Wi-fi throughout your home and our community, accessible with your own uniquely created login and password.

What lease terms do you offer?

While creating a quote on our website you will see lease terms ranging from 3-15 months available and the pricing for each one if selected.

Is your community entirely smoke-free?

Yes, our community is 100% smoke free. Smoking is prohibited inside our apartments, on the private patios and balconies, as well as within all common areas of the community. Common areas include, but are not limited to, exterior hallways, stairwells, amenity areas, or other areas that may be considered a nuisance to fellow neighbors.
