Our two-story buildings have townhome style entrances with the apartment all on one level.
Each home includes one (1) assigned parking arrangement as part of the lease agreement. We also have additional detached garages available to rent per month.
We use Mereo for satellite and internet bundled affordably in your lifestyle fee. The service provides Wi-fi throughout your home and our community, accessible with your own uniquely created login and password.
Apartment homes designated as Concierge indicate that upgraded amenities such as oval soaking tub(s), a double door refrigerator, backsplash kitchen tile, gray plank floors and more are included in your home. Exclusions apply to studios on select upgrades.
Smart Home means your home will include a Vivint technology package that includes a video doorbell and keyless entry, plus lights, camera and thermostat all controlled on one flatscreen tablet.

Yes, our community is 100% smoke free. Smoking is prohibited inside our apartments, on the private patios and balconies, as well as within all common areas of the community. Common areas include, but are not limited to, exterior hallways, stairwells, amenity areas, or other areas that may be considered a nuisance to fellow neighbors.

As a resident of Springs Luxury Apartments, you can expect:
* Any issues should be reported to your property team immediately, and we will do everything in our power to rectify the situation. If for any reason you still choose to leave, written notice will be required and we request that you share an explanation with the Property Manager so we can work to avoid the same situations in the future. This process must be completed, and you must vacate the premises and return your keys before the close of business on the one month anniversary of your move-in date. All final charges will be assessed per standard policy, and your deposit (up to the standard unit amount) will be surrendered. For more information, please contact your property team.
