Mark your calendar for these great events coming up near our Springs at Lakeline and Springs at Round Rock luxury apartment communities.

Texas Longhorns Football

We Texans love our football, and it doesn't get any bigger than UT's proud Longhorns, winners of four national championships. Don your burnt orange gear, grab your "Hook 'Em Horns!" sign and support the Longhorns as they take on nationally ranked West Virginia (Saturday, 11/12) and finish the season against in-state rivals TCU (Friday, 11/25). Individual tickets start at $35.

Check out future NBA players on the roster of the Austin Spurs, winners of two consecutive division titles. The D-League affiliate of the San Antonio Spurs opens the season with four straight home games, beginning with the Oklahoma City Blue (Sunday, 11/13) followed by two back-to-back games against the Reno Bighorns (Tuesday, 11/15 and Thursday, 11/17) and concluding with a match against the Erie Bayhawks (Saturday, 11/19). Tickets begin at just $3.75 for bowl level seating and $13.75 for loge seating.

With 25 conference regular season championships and 33 NCAA Tournament appearances, the Longhorns men's basketball team is firmly established among the elite of the NCAA Division I schools. Currently ranked #21 in the preseason AP Top 25, the Longhorns will host two regional games in the Legends Classic: Louisiana Monroe (Monday, 11/14) and Eastern Washington (Thursday, 11/17). Don't miss the in-state game against UT Arlington (Tuesday, 11/29). Tickets start at only $7 for general admission and family sections.

After making it to last season's Elite Eight, the UT Austin women have a goal to be one of the last teams standing at next April's NCAA Tournament finals in nearby Dallas. Ranked #6 in the preseason USA Today Coaches Poll, the Longhorns have a five-game home stand in December including in-state rivals UT Rio Grande Valley (Thursday, 12/15), UT San Antonio (Saturday, 12/17) and Texas Tech (Thursday, 12/29). Tickets begin at $8 for general admission.

The Texas Stars, top AHL affiliate of the NHL's Dallas Stars, share a home with the Spurs. In their short seven-year history the Stars have won one regular season title, two division and two conference championships, and one Calder Cup, which is the league championship. Upcoming games include a back-to-back games against the San Jose Barracuda (Friday, 11/11 and Saturday, 11/12) and a post-Thanksgiving game against the San Antonio Rampage (11/26). Tickets range from $20 behind the goal line to $72 for front-row seating.
