There's no party like a St. Patrick's Day party, and Corpus Christi is gearing up to celebrate this festive holiday. You don't have to be Irish to join in the fun at these bars and events around town.

1. Corpus Christi International Seamen's Center

The Seamen's Center is a non-profit organization supporting the merchant mariners who pass through the Port of Corpus Christi. Their annual St. Patrick's Day celebration is being held on Thursday, March 17 from 6 - 8 p.m. Enjoy a meal of authentic Irish stew, soda bread and Irish coffee, and buy a chance at a "Luck of the Irish" raffle hat holding more than $100 in cash and scratch-off lottery tickets. 2. The Vintage Easel

Indulge your creative spirit with a holiday wine-and-paint session on Thursday, March 17 at 6:30 p.m. The Vintage Easel is hosting a guided class in painting a "St. Patrick's Day Skull." Bring your own wine, green beer and snacks. The shop provides corkscrews and all art supplies. Tickets are $35 on the website, but you can get half off with the promo code "COUPON."

3. Cassidy's Irish Pub
601 N Water St

On St. Patrick's Day, how can you go wrong with a pub called Cassidy's? With the authentic decor, you'll feel transported to Ireland as you drink a pint of Guinness or an Irish Car Bomb. Come back after the holiday for Wednesday night trivia and live music on Fridays and Saturdays.

4. Mulligan's Pub
