A photographer will be on hand to take keepsake photos. The ceremony takes place at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, February 14 and tickets are $90 per couple. It's only fitting that downtown Loveland should be the site of the country's biggest and best Valentine's Day festival. Fire & Ice is three days of family-friendly fun including live music, food trucks and nightly fireworks shows. The signature attractions are the fire and ice sculptures on display for public vote.
