Attend a "Steel" class that involves a challenging 45-minute ride incorporating small hand weights, or a "1000-Calorie Ride" that really pushes you up hills for a full 60 minutes. The workout studios are brightly lit, the music is always pumping, and the fitness instructors are always ready to challenge you.
New riders can purchase a 3-ride package for just $30. After that, you can pay by the ride or purchase a month's worth of unlimited rides.
2. CrossFit 405

Bootcamp-style interval training has become quite common over the past few years, and it's a highly effective way to shape your body and shed those last few pounds. CrossFit 405 is a local warehouse-style CrossFit gym with all of the equipment you need, from standard weights to pull-up bars. If you're new to CrossFit, you can join any one of the many classes taught by friendly, knowledgeable instructors or stop in to workout on your own time. Memberships are paid on a monthly basis.
3. The Weight Room

If you're a fan of weightlifting and are looking for a gym with a hardcore, old-school vibe, this is the place. Weight Room has a vast collection of free weights, and rows of barbells and dumbbells mean you rarely have to wait for equipment. Members take their fitness seriously, but everyone is friendly and the trainers are willing to work with those who are new to lifting.
The Weight Room offers 24-hour and 1-week passes, so you can stop in a try out the facility without paying for a membership upfront.
4. Anytime Fitness

With a laid back, all-are-welcome atmosphere, Anytime Fitness is a great gym for those who want a wide variety of workout options such as yoga classes and the occasional free weight session. There are many weight machines, along with rows of treadmills and bikes, which make for a top-notch cardio experience, too. Anytime Fitness is open 24 hours and offers a free 7-day trial so you can see what they have to offer before committing to a membership.
