A couple months ago, we told you all about some of the new apartment projects that we broke ground on in 2014. It was a very exciting year for the Team at Continental Properties, but if you thought we were done growing, you’d better think again! Today, Springs Apartments is happy to announce another new property in the San Antonio market: Springs at Creekside in New Braunfels.

Creekside-Overhead-ViewWe are building a gated, pet-friendly, townhome-style multifamily community on 17.5 acres of land in New Braunfels, TX. Each of the 268 homes will have a private, ground-level entry. Upon completion, the community will become part of a larger, master planned development known as the New Braunfels Town Center at Creekside. This 400+ acre mixed-use development contains over one million square feet of retail space, and is anchored by national retailers like Target, JCPenney, Dick’s Sporting Goods, and Best Buy. Residents will also enjoy the many dining options available in the Town Center, including popular restaurants like Longhorn Steakhouse and BJ’s Restaurant and Brewhouse.

Located approximately 45 minutes Northeast of San Antonio, Springs at Creekside is in the perfect location for those who want to live near the city, yet far enough away to avoid the hassles of city living. And if it’s comfort you’re after, you’ll feel right at home from the moment you step on the property. Each home at Springs at Creekside features luxurious amenities like black or stainless steel appliances, hardwood-style flooring, 2" faux wood blinds, washer and dryer, ceiling fans, beverage centers, and much more. In addition to the luxurious rooms, residents will also have access to bonus features like our 24-hour state-of-the-art-fitness center, community clubhouse, resort-style swimming pool, leash-free pet playground, and free car care areas.

We have already broken ground on this project, and hope to have it open for residents by late summer, 2015. You can stay up-to-date on the progress by subscribing to our blog, and by visiting the Project’s website RIGHT HERE.
