A couple months ago, we told you all about some of the new apartment projects that we broke ground on in 2014. It was a very exciting year for the Team at Continental Properties, but if you thought we were done growing, you’d better think again! Today, Springs Apartments is happy to announce another new property in the San Antonio market: Springs at Creekside in New Braunfels.
We are building a gated, pet-friendly, townhome-style multifamily community on 17.5 acres of land in New Braunfels, TX. Each of the 268 homes will have a private, ground-level entry. Upon completion, the community will become part of a larger, master planned development known as the New Braunfels Town Center at Creekside.
