Create Your Own Masterpiece at these 4 "Paint and Sip" Sites in Fort Myers

Have you been thinking about mixing it up a little, maybe trying something new this weekend? If you and your friends have ever thought about having a fun night out dabbling in some art while sipping your favorite beverage, these classes are for you! You’ll laugh, you’ll create your own masterpiece (taking home a fun souvenir) and you’ll enjoy a wonderful glass of wine with your friends…what could be better?

So this weekend, plan on grabbing your friends or your significant other and heading to any of these excellent venues in the Fort Myers area! Vino's Picasso

At Vino's Picasso, you can go to them, or they will travel to you for private parties. They are an independently owned studio comprised of local artists who will help you complete your masterpiece as you have a fun night out. They supply step-by-step instructions, brushes, canvas, aprons and the corkscrews! You just BYOB (or you can buy something 'unique' from them). They also offer a wine bar, so no need to worry if you don't bring your own wine, you can paint and stop in for a drink there. 

Painting with a Twist

Painting with a Twist is a “little bit of paint, a little bit of wine, and a whole lot of fun!” They are located in Gulf Coast Town Center and they offer both two- and three-hour classes. They provide all of your supplies, but it is BYOB.   

Wine and Canvas

Wine and Canvas is “the painting class with cocktails”. Their venues change, so you’ll need to check their online calendar for weekly updates. The new calendar is released on the 20th of each month, so it’s easy to stay updated. 

At Wine and Canvas, no talent is necessary. The instructors will help you paint your very own work of art, and you’ll leave smiling (although, that may be a side effect of the beverages and the socializing.). Local artists instruct each class, and a different painter is featured each night, so no two classes are ever the same. It’s cheaper than art school, and much more fun!

Finally, head to Art Bar for wine and paint parties. Local artists guide you through the experience in a gallery setting. All supplies are included and no experience is necessary.
