Jorge Bautista Named Tulsa's Lead Service Technician of the Year

We're thrilled to announce that Jorge Bautista was named Lead Service Technician of the Year (251-300 units) at the Tulsa Apartment Association's annual Zenith Awards on Friday, November 18.

Jorge's Continental journey began the day he walked into the clubhouse at Springs at Woodlands South and inquired about employment. We were not hiring at the time, but Jorge made an amazing impression. He was on his way to another job interview but something told him to turn around as he passed our clubhouse. A few weeks later we had an unexpected job opening and soon after, Jorge joined our team.

Jorge has 17 years of experience in the apartment industry. He is always smiling, even when faced with extreme stress. True to our creed, he takes customer service to a new level. Residents often call the office just to let us know how happy they are with his work.
