Becoming a Lost Creek at Lakewood Ranch Resident
Yes! We have detached garages that are a short walking distance from your front door. We also have 5x10 storage units available to rent.

Yes! We can make your apartment home truly move in ready and take care of furnishings before you move in. Practically everything can be waiting for you, even silverware. Give us a call for details.
Yes! We offer leases from 3-18 months for qualified residents. After your lease ends, we can explore options and roll over into a month-to-month lease.
Yes! We allow two pets per home, with the exception of service animals, and do not have any weight restrictions.
For dogs there is a $100 Poo Prints fee.

Current Lost Creek at Lakewood Ranch Residents
Your first water bill will show up on your bill typically 6-8 weeks after you move in due to the billing summary being 6-8 weeks behind.
We require liability insurance for your apartment with $100k minimum in coverage. Also, don't forget to add us as "Additional Interested Party" or "Additional Certificate Holder "with the following information:

Under no circumstances should the community be listed as "Additional Insured."
Absolutely! We love finding solutions for our residents. There may be limits based on available apartments and the timeframe in which you wish to transfer, however. Call the office for details and options.

Contact Us* Any issues should be reported to your property team immediately, and we will do everything in our power to rectify the situation. If for any reason you still choose to leave, written notice will be required and we request that you share an explanation with the Property Manager so we can work to avoid the same situations in the future. This process must be completed, and you must vacate the premises and return your keys before the close of business on the one month anniversary of your move-in date. All final charges will be assessed per standard policy, and your deposit (up to the standard unit amount) will be surrendered. For more information, please contact your property team.
