Yes, Springs at Palma Sola is a pet-friendly community, and proudly welcomes pets of all sizes with no weight restrictions. Both cats and dogs are welcome with pre-approval. Breed restrictions and additional pet fees may apply. Purebred Guardian Breeds such as Bull Terriers, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, and Dobermans are restricted from our community. Some mixed breeds and other Guardian Breeds may be conditionally allowed upon community team approval. These restrictions do not apply to qualified assistance animals.

Springs at Palma Sola charges a one-time pet fee per pet at move-in, plus a recurring monthly pet rent. Dogs will be enrolled in the PooPrints DNA program, which includes a small one-time enrollment fee. You do not need to take any action to sign up for renter’s insurance. We will automatically enroll you in the Get Covered Master Policy program. This program satisfies our insurance requirement and provides up to $10,000 in content coverage for your belongings. It’s one less thing to worry about during your move! If you would like to use a third-party insurance company you are welcome to. Please contact our office for more information.

"You are required to have renters insurance through the entirety of your lease. This is a $100,000 liability minimum.  

We also need to be added as an ""Additional Interested Party"" on your insurance policy."

"Absolutely! You can, if you choose to transfer during a current lease, you would have to give 30 day notice, and pay a transfer fee of 75% of your current rent. You would also be required to put down a new $200 security deposit and $55 connection fee for the new unit when you decided on the unit you want to transfer to.

If you wait until the end of your lease, you can transfer with no transfer fee and only a 30-day notice."
