Current Springs at Cape Coral Residents
Your water bill shows up on your account around 45-60 days after move-in. You have your own meters inside your unit so it will be billed by how much is used by the household.
We require liability insurance for your apartment with $100,000 minimum in coverage. Don't forget to add us as an "Additional Interested Party" with the following information:
New full address, move-in date that reflects the lease date, and your full name.
