The Centro Apartments offers free surface parking, with one space included per lease holder. For residents who want a specific, designated space, Reserved Parking is available for a monthly fee.

The Centro Apartments is proud to partner with Flex, a flexible rent solution that allows you to split your rent into smaller payments while your full rent still gets paid on time. Participation is optional and available whenever you need a little flexibility.

Yes, The Centro Apartments is a pet-friendly community, and proudly welcomes pets of all sizes with no weight restrictions. Both cats and dogs are welcome with pre-approval. Breed restrictions and additional pet fees may apply. Purebred Guardian Breeds such as Bull Terriers, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, and Dobermans are restricted from our community. Some mixed breeds and other Guardian Breeds may be conditionally allowed upon community team approval. These restrictions do not apply to qualified assistance animals.

The Centro Apartments charges a one-time pet fee per pet (both dogs and cats) at move-in, plus a recurring monthly pet rent. Yes. The Centro Apartments features a leash-free pet play area where your dog can run and socialize, plus a convenient on-site pet spa for easy bath time after a muddy walk.

The application process at The Centro Apartments is fully online and takes just a few minutes to complete. We review credit history, rental history, gross income (2.7x the monthly rent), and a standard background check. First-time renters are welcome, and if your income doesn't quite meet the standard threshold, our team can talk through alternative options like a co-signer. Once you submit an application with all required documents, your application will be reviewed within 2-3 business days. If your application is approved, our team will reach back out to you to discuss next steps such as lease signing and move-in day. Maintenance at The Centro Apartments is handled by our friendly and dedicated on-site team. Residents can submit non-emergency requests easily through our resident app, by calling the leasing office, or by walk-in. Non-emergency requests are typically addressed within one to two business days, however as part of our commitment to convenient, carefree living, emergency maintenance is available 24/7.

The Centro Apartments stands apart for a few reasons. The community is gated, pet-friendly with no weight restrictions, and built around resort-style amenities like a pool, sand volleyball, putting green, 24-hour fitness center with a sauna & yoga studio, leash-free dog park, and pet spa. The Springs 5-Star Standard includes Above & Beyond resident services, and the 30-Day Pledge: if you are not satisfied with your new home or if expectations are not met within 30 days of your move-in date, you can be released from your lease.

The water and sewer bills are billed in the arrears to allow for accurate readings from when you moved in. Your first utility bill will likely show up on your third month's statement.

You do not need to take any action to sign up for renter’s insurance. We will automatically enroll you in the Get Covered Master Policy program. This program satisfies our insurance requirement and provides up to $10,000 in content coverage for your belongings. It’s one less thing to worry about during your move! If you would like to us a third-party insurance company you are welcome to. Please contact our office for more information.
