Are you interested in joining our Springs at Flagler Center community? We know you’ve got questions, so we created this page to address those we get asked most often. If you don’t find what you’re looking for, reach out to talk with one of our helpful team members.

What are the differences in your floor plans?

Our Courtyard apartments are located on the first floor level, our Overlook homes are on the second floor level, while our Summit apartments offer great views from the third floor.

Do you have townhomes, and are they located on one level or two?

Our two-story buildings have townhome style entrances with the apartment all on one level. If your home is on the second level you will have a ground-level entryway with your own private staircase.

What is parking like?

We have attached and detached garage options. We also have carports and surface lots. Please reach out to learn more.

What does Concierge mean?

Apartment homes designated as Concierge indicate that upgraded amenities such as oval soaking tub(s), a double door refrigerator, backsplash kitchen tile, gray plank floors and more are included in your home. Exclusions apply to studios on select upgrades.

What does Smart Home mean?

Smart Home means your home will include a Vivint technology package that includes a video doorbell and keyless entry, plus lights, camera and thermostat all controlled on one flatscreen tablet.

What lease terms do you offer?

When you create a quote on our website, you will see available lease terms up to 18 months and the pricing for each one when selected.

What are your occupancy qualifications?

Studio and 1 Bedroom — maximum of 2 people
Two (2) Bedroom — maximum of 4 people
Three (3) Bedroom — maximum of 6 people

Is your community entirely smoke-free?

We will have several smoke-free buildings. However, smoking is prohibited in all common areas within the community, which include and are not limited to exterior hallways, stairwells, amenity areas, or other areas that may be considered a nuisance for fellow neighbors.

Are you pet-friendly?

Yes! We allow two pets per home, with the exception of service animals, and do not have any weight restrictions.

For dogs, there is a $85 Poo Prints registration fee.

How much is it to apply?

$100 application fee

What are the utility costs?

There is a $65 connection fee for utilities.

What is Continental Cash Back?

All residents are eligible to earn cash back on their rent each month! Visit our FAQ page to learn more about Continental Cash Back powered by Stake.

Is renters insurance required for residents?

You do not need to take any action to sign up for renter’s insurance. We will automatically enroll you in the Get Covered Master Policy program. This program satisfies our insurance requirement and provides up to $10,000 in content coverage for your belongings. It’s one less thing to worry about during your move! If you would like to us a third-party insurance company you are welcome to. Please contact our office for more information.
