Yes, Springs at Flagler Center is a pet-friendly community, and proudly welcomes pets of all sizes with no weight restrictions. Both cats and dogs are welcome with pre-approval. Breed restrictions and additional pet fees may apply. Purebred Guardian Breeds such as Bull Terriers, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, and Dobermans are restricted from our community. Some mixed breeds and other Guardian Breeds may be conditionally allowed upon community team approval. These restrictions do not apply to qualified assistance animals.

Springs at Flagler Center charges a one-time pet fee per pet (both dogs and cats) at move-in, plus a recurring monthly pet rent. Dogs will be enrolled in the PooPrints DNA program, which includes a small one-time enrollment fee. Our 5-Star Standard includes Above & Beyond resident services, and the 30-Day Pledge: if you are not satisfied with your new home or if expectations are not met within 30 days of your move-in date, you can be released from your lease.

You do not need to take any action to sign up for renter’s insurance. We will automatically enroll you in the Get Covered Master Policy program. This program satisfies our insurance requirement and provides up to $10,000 in content coverage for your belongings. It’s one less thing to worry about during your move! Apartment homes designated as Concierge indicate that upgraded amenities such as oval soaking tub(s), a double door refrigerator, backsplash kitchen tile, gray plank floors and more are included in your home. Exclusions apply to studios on select upgrades.
