Becoming a Springs at Tapestry Resident
Yes! We offer attached and detached garages.
We do not offer furnished apartments, but we can refer you to a vendor who is able to assist you with furniture rental. Contact us to learn more!
Yes! We do offer short term leases starting at three months.
Current Springs at Tapestry Residents
You should be able to see your water bill on your account on or before the first of each month. If you do not see it, it could be because you recently moved in. Please contact the office and will be glad to check for you.
Your insurance agent needs the lease holder name(s), your new apartment address, date of scheduled move-in, and they must list Continental 330, LLC/ DBA Springs at Tapestry as additional party of interest on your policy. Also, they need the leasing office address which is 2601 Pledge Road, Kissimmee, FL 34741.
Absolutely! We love finding solutions for our residents. There may be limits based on available apartments and the timeframe in which you wish to transfer, however. Call the office for details and options.
Please remove all items from your patio/balcony and around the front door. Make sure all windows and doors are properly locked. Keep all emergency numbers handy, and please follow instructions by local authorities. You will be able to find more guidance posted on our resident portal.
