Do you have garages?
Yes! This is one of the best and most unique features about Springs Hammock Cove. Some apartments feature private, attached garages with direct access from your home. We also have detached garages that are a short walking distance from your front door.
We have reserved parking spots and storage units available as well!
Can I still move in if I don’t meet the minimum 2.7x rent income requirement?
There are other options that may allow you to still qualify to become a resident. Call our office at (239) 932-2857 and let’s talk!
Do you offer furnished lease options?
Definitely! We can make your apartment home truly move-in ready and take care of furnishings before you move in. Practically everything can be waiting for you, even silverware! Give us a call for detailed options.
Do you offer short term or long term leases?
Yes! We offer leases from 3-18 months. 3-7 month leases do have short term premiums and taxes added, so please call for pricing (239) 932-2857. After your lease ends, we can explore options and roll over into a month to month lease when possible.
How far is Springs at Hammock Cove from 5th Ave/Downtown?
We are one of the closest communities to 5th Avenue/Downtown Naples! A short 12-minute drive, just 4.4 miles away, will get you into the hustle and bustle of historic downtown Naples!
Distance to the beach: We are minutes from the beach! More specifically we are only 5.4 miles from Naples Pier.
Can I view pricing online?
Yes! Visit our floor plans page and put in your desired move-in date to see today’s availability and pricing.
Are you pet-friendly?
Yes! We allow two pets per home, with the exception of service animals, and do not have any weight restrictions. To learn more about our pet-inspired amenities and breed restrictions, visit here.
What are the utility costs?
There is a $65 utility connection fee.
Current Springs at Hibiscus Crossing Residents
Why doesn’t my water bill show up on my bill?
Your water and sewer are billed in 2-month cycles, so your first usage will likely show up on your third month’s statement.
What information do I need to provide to my renter’s insurance agent?
We require liability insurance for your apartment with $100K minimum in coverage. Don’t forget to add us as an “Additional Interested Party” with the following information:
Absolutely! We love finding solutions for our residents. There may be limits based on available apartments and the timeframe in which you wish to transfer, however. Call the office for details and options.
You do not need to take any action to sign up for renter’s insurance. We will automatically enroll you in the Get Covered Master Policy program. This program satisfies our insurance requirement and provides up to $10,000 in content coverage for your belongings. It’s one less thing to worry about during your move! If you would like to use a third-party insurance company you are welcome to. Please contact our office for more information.

If we do not meet your expectations within 30 days of your move to our community, we will release you from your lease*
* Any issues should be reported to your property team immediately, and we will do everything in our power to rectify the situation. If for any reason you still choose to leave, written notice will be required and we request that you share an explanation with the Property Manager so we can work to avoid the same situations in the future. This process must be completed, and you must vacate the premises and return your keys before the close of business on the one month anniversary of your move-in date. All final charges will be assessed per standard policy, and your deposit (up to the standard unit amount) will be surrendered. For more information, please contact your property team.
