Becoming a Springs at Port Orange Resident
Yes! We have two types of garages here at the Springs at Port Orange. Some of our apartments have attached garages with direct access to your apartment home. The other option is a detached garage.
Of course! We can set up everything for you prior to move in. Some furniture packages even include kitchenware. Please contact the office for more information.
Yes! We offer lease terms as short as 3 months.
Current Springs at Port Orange Residents
The water and sewer bills are billed in the arrears to allow for accurate readings from when you moved in. Your first utility bill will likely show up on your third month's statement.
We require liability insurance for your apartment with $100,000 minimum in coverage. Don't forget to add us as an "Additional Interested Party" with the following information:

Yes! You can transfer during your lease, you would just need to pay a transfer fee. You can transfer at the end of your lease for no additional fee. Contact us for more information.

As a resident of Springs Luxury Apartments, you can expect:
* Any issues should be reported to your property team immediately, and we will do everything in our power to rectify the situation. If for any reason you still choose to leave, written notice will be required and we request that you share an explanation with the Property Manager so we can work to avoid the same situations in the future. This process must be completed, and you must vacate the premises and return your keys before the close of business on the one month anniversary of your move-in date. All final charges will be assessed per standard policy, and your deposit (up to the standard unit amount) will be surrendered. For more information, please contact your property team.
