Becoming a Springs at Hibiscus Crossing Resident
Yes! Some apartments feature private, attached garages with direct access from your home. We also have detached garages that are a short walking distance from your front door.

We do not offer furnished lease options; however, we can refer you to a furniture rental company. Contact us for more details!
Yes! We offer short term leases from 7-15 months for qualified residents. After your lease ends, we can explore options and roll over into a month to month lease when possible.
Current Springs at Hibiscus Crossing Residents
Your water and sewer bill will show up after you have been living at the community for at least 45 days. Your first bill may not be a full billing cycle of 28-32 days so please note that it will be based on when the first billing cycle closed out along with your original move-in date.
We require liability insurance for your apartment with $100K minimum in coverage. Don’t forget to add us as an “Additional Interested Party” with the following information:

Absolutely! We love finding solutions for our residents. There may be limits based on available apartments and the timeframe in which you wish to transfer, however. Call the office for details and options.
