Yes, Springs at Locust Grove is a pet-friendly community, and proudly welcomes pets of all sizes with no weight restrictions. Both cats and dogs are welcome with pre-approval. Breed restrictions and additional pet fees may apply. Purebred Guardian Breeds such as Bull Terriers, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, and Dobermans are restricted from our community. Some mixed breeds and other Guardian Breeds may be conditionally allowed upon community team approval. These restrictions do not apply to qualified assistance animals.

Springs at Locust Grove charges a one-time pet fee per pet at move-in, plus a recurring monthly pet rent. Dogs will be enrolled in the PooPrints DNA program, which includes a small one-time enrollment fee. Once you submit an application with all required documents, your application will be reviewed within 2-3 business days. Same-day move-ins are not permitted. Non-emergency requests are typically addressed within one to two business days, however as part of our commitment to convenient, carefree living, emergency maintenance is available 24/7.

You do not need to take any action to sign up for renter’s insurance. We will automatically enroll you in the Get Covered Master Policy program. This program provides up to $10,000 in coverage for your belongings, one less thing to worry about during your move! If you would like to use a third-party insurance company you are welcome to.
