How much is it to apply?
The application fees include the following:
$500 deposit
$200 administration fee
$75/per adult occupant
How do I apply when I’m ready?
There are several super easy options for applying:
Our quotes expire after 24 hours, so if you need to generate a new quote please select the floor plans tab on our website and select an available apartment home along with move in date and lease term to create a new custom quote.

Do you have garages?
Yes!We do offer detached garages on-site for an additional $110 per month. Select apartment homes have attached garages that are built into the monthly rent. We also have floater garages available for $135 per month. Premium floater garages with indoor access are also available for $150 per month.
Can I still move in if I don’t meet the minimum 3x rent income requirement?
There are other options that may allow you to still qualify to become a resident at Springs at Lake Cook Crossing. Call our office at 224-243-6596 and let’s talk!
Do you offer month to month or short term leases?
We currently offer lease terms ranging from 11 to 15 months. In the future, we may expand our offerings to include short-term lease options. If you have any questions, please contact our office for more information.
Are you pet-friendly?
Yes!We allow two pets per home, with the exception of service animals, and do not have any weight restrictions. To learn more about our pet-inspired amenities and breed restrictions, visit here.
What is a lifestyle fee?
A lifestyle fee is a monthly charge of $120 that covers high speed fiber internet, valet trash pickup service 5x per week, weekly pest control, and our parcel pending package lockers.
What school district is the community in?
Springs at Lake Cook Crossing is an apartment community located in Cook County and the 60015 ZIP Code. This area is served by the Northbrook School District 28 attendance zone.
Are there grocery stores, restaurants, or public transit options close by?

Are any units furnished?
Our apartment homes do not come furnished, however, we’ve partnered with CORT Furniture Rental to make furnishing your home easy and flexible. They offer full-home packages or individual pieces, with delivery and set-up options. We’re happy to connect you or provide more information at any time!

If we do not meet your expectations within 30 days of your move to our community, we will release you from your lease*
* Any issues should be reported to your property team immediately, and we will do everything in our power to rectify the situation. If for any reason you still choose to leave, written notice will be required and we request that you share an explanation with the Property Manager so we can work to avoid the same situations in the future. This process must be completed, and you must vacate the premises and return your keys before the close of business on the one month anniversary of your move-in date. All final charges will be assessed per standard policy, and your deposit (up to the standard unit amount) will be surrendered. For more information, please contact your property team.
