Yes. Every apartment home at Springs at La Grange has its own private, ground-level entrance one of the signature features of Springs Apartments. There are no shared hallways or interior corridors, which means fewer shared walls, less noise, and a true neighborhood feel from the moment you walk in your front door.

Yes. Eevery apartment home at Springs at La Grange comes with a full-size in-home washer and dryer.

Springs at La Grange includes complimentary surface parking and an attached garage on select floor plans. Attached and detached garages might also be available for an additional cost. Please contact our team for the most current and available options.

Many floor plans are available with a direct access garage, when reviewing the floor plans, they are notated with “G” for a single garage and “T” for a 2-car garage.

Our Courtyard apartments are located on the first-floor level and our Overlook homes are on the second-floor level.

Yes, Springs at La Grange is a pet-friendly community, and proudly welcomes pets of all sizes with no weight restrictions. Both cats and dogs are welcome with pre-approval. Breed restrictions and additional pet fees may apply. Purebred Guardian Breeds such as Bull Terriers, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, and Dobermans are restricted from our community. Some mixed breeds and other Guardian Breeds may be conditionally allowed upon community team approval. These restrictions do not apply to qualified assistance animals.

Springs at La Grange charges a one-time pet fee per pet at move-in, plus a recurring monthly pet rent. Dogs will be enrolled in the PooPrints DNA program, which includes a small one-time enrollment fee. Yes. Springs at La Grange features a leash-free pet play area where your dog can run and socialize, plus a convenient on-site pet spa for easy bath time after a muddy walk. Walking paths throughout the community give you and your pet plenty of room to stretch.

The application process at Springs at La Grange is quick and convenient, with online applications available for all apartment homes. Applicants are evaluated based on credit history, rental history, gross income (must make 3x the monthly rent), and a standard background screening. First-time renters are welcome, and our leasing team is available to answer questions and discuss the qualification process. Every resident at Springs at La Grange must undergo a credit and criminal background screening. Every residents rental history and employment will be verified as well. More information about our screening criteria is available from the leasing center.

Once you submit an application with all required documents, your application will be reviewed within 2-3 business days. Same-day move-ins are not permitted. If your application is approved, our team will reach back out to you to discuss next steps such as lease signing and move-in day. Maintenance at Springs at La Grange is handled by our friendly and dedicated on-site team. Residents can submit non-emergency requests easily through our resident app, by calling the leasing office, or by walk-in. Non-emergency requests are typically addressed within one to two business days, however as part of our commitment to convenient, carefree living, emergency maintenance is available 24/7.

The community is gated, pet-friendly with no weight restrictions, and is built with resort-style amenities such as a pool, 24-hour fitness center, leash-free dog park, and pet spa. Our 5-Star Standard includes Above & Beyond resident services, and the 30-Day Pledge: if you are not satisfied with your new home or if expectations are not met within 30 days of your move-in date, you can be released from your lease.

You do not need to take any action to sign up for renter’s insurance. We will automatically enroll you in the Get Covered Master Policy program. This program provides up to $10,000 in coverage for your belongings, which is one less thing to worry about during your move!
