Yes, Springs at Canton is a pet-friendly community, and proudly welcomes pets of all sizes with no weight restrictions. Both cats and dogs are welcome with pre-approval. Breed restrictions and additional pet fees may apply. Purebred Guardian Breeds such as Bull Terriers, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, and Dobermans are restricted from our community. Some mixed breeds and other Guardian Breeds may be conditionally allowed upon community team approval. These restrictions do not apply to qualified assistance animals.

Springs at Canton charges a one-time pet fee per pet (both dogs and cats) at move-in, plus a recurring monthly pet rent. Dogs will be enrolled in the PooPrints DNA program, which includes a small one-time enrollment fee. Yes, you can submit payments through our resident portal, LOFT.

You do not need to take any action to sign up for renter’s insurance. We will automatically enroll you in the Get Covered Master Policy program. This program provides up to $10,000 in coverage for your belongings, which is one less thing to worry about during your move! If you would like to use a third-party insurance company you are welcome to. Please contact our office for more information.

Yes, you can pay online and set up recurring ACH payments via the resident portal. No transaction fees apply for recurring ACH payments. We also accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover (Service Fees do apply). Please note that if an online payment doesn't go through, a $50 NSF fee will be incurred and subject rent payment to certified funds only.

Yes, but paint must be changed to return color back to original color upon moving out.
