The lifestyle fee is a monthly fee of $115 that covers valet trash services 5x weekly, pest control, package management, and your internet!
Utilities are billed separately based on your individual usage. Water, sewer and trash are billed with you rent each month. Electricity and gas are billed directly to you from the utility company.
We currently offer 10–15-month lease terms as well as renewal options after the initial lease term which include a month-to-month and other short-term options.
Your lease will automatically default into a MTM lease after completion, unless you renew or give a 60-day written notice. A month-to-month rate will apply. You can remain month-to-month for up to 3 months.
Yes, through verified third party services approved with Continental Properties.
All service requests can be entered directly through the resident portal. Service requests are completed in order of submission with emergencies taking priority.
Yes, you can pay online and set up recurring ACH payments via the resident portal. No transaction fees apply for recurring ACH payments. We also accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover (Service Fees do apply). Please note that if an online payment doesn't go through, a $50 NSF fee will be incurred and subject rent payment to certified funds only.
Yes, the office should be made aware, and they should be added to the lease as minor occupants.

As a resident of Springs Premium Apartments, you can expect:
* Any issues should be reported to your property team immediately, and we will do everything in our power to rectify the situation. If for any reason you still choose to leave, written notice will be required and we request that you share an explanation with the Property Manager so we can work to avoid the same situations in the future. This process must be completed, and you must vacate the premises and return your keys before the close of business on the one month anniversary of your move-in date. All final charges will be assessed per standard policy, and your deposit (up to the standard unit amount) will be surrendered. For more information, please contact your property team.
