Becoming a Grove Resident
We currently offer self-guided tours as well as private in-person and virtual showings led by one of our team members. Schedule a tour of your choice with us today!
There is lots of available parking on Snelling and St. Clair (right next to the building) and there are no time limits.
We require a gross income of 3 times the monthly rent to qualify. Incomes for all of the adult residents in the household can be used to qualify.
We also accept guarantors or liquid assets for qualifications. For details please give us a call at 651-209-0519.

Yes! We offer leases as short as 3 months and up to 18 months for qualified residents.
Yes! We allow two pets per home, with the exception of service animals, and do not have any weight restrictions. *pet fees apply

Current Grove Residents
Your water and sewer are billed in 2-month cycles, so your first usage will likely show up on your third month’s statement.
A VCR charge typically occurs when your gas or electric accounts aren’t set up prior to the beginning of your lease. You’ll need to call the utility company and confirm that all is well with your account. Of course, you can always call the office staff for more details or guidance as well.
Absolutely! We love finding solutions for our residents. There may be limits based on available apartments and the timeframe in which you wish to transfer, however. Call the office for details and options.
The Grove Fees
Yes! We have two attached temperature-controlled garages. You can rent a space for $150 per month.

Contact Us* Any issues should be reported to your property team immediately, and we will do everything in our power to rectify the situation. If for any reason you still choose to leave, written notice will be required and we request that you share an explanation with the Property Manager so we can work to avoid the same situations in the future. This process must be completed, and you must vacate the premises and return your keys before the close of business on the one month anniversary of your move-in date. All final charges will be assessed per standard policy, and your deposit (up to the standard unit amount) will be surrendered. For more information, please contact your property team.
