Do you have garages?
Yes!We offer attached and detached garages.
Are you pet-friendly?
Yes!We allow two pets per home, with the exception of service animals, and do not have any weight restrictions. To learn more about our pet-inspired amenities and breed restrictions, visit here.
What are the differences in your floor plans?
Our Courtyard apartments are located on the first floor level, our Overlook homes are on the second floor level.
Do you have townhomes, and are they located on one level or two?
Our two-story buildings have townhome-style entrances with the apartment all on one level.
How long does the application process take?
The application process can take up to 48 hours if all supporting documents are provided when you apply. This includes a valid photo ID, 2 months' worth of verifiable income and previous landlord information.
Do you verify an applicant's income?
Yes, every applicant's employment and income is verified during our application process.
How are requirements for leasing an apartment home verified?
Every resident must undergo a credit and criminal background screening. Every resident's rental history and employment will be verified as well. More information about our screening criteria is available from the leasing center.
Is there in-unit laundry?
Yes! All apartments have an in-unit washer and dryer.

What should I do for a storm emergency?
In the event of severe weather, follow instructions given by local news authorities. The community will email and post online any community-specific information.
Do I need to acquire my own renters insurance?
You do not need to take any action to sign up for renter’s insurance. We will automatically enroll you in the Get Covered Master Policy program for $15/month. This program satisfies our insurance requirement and provides up to $10,000 in content coverage for your belongings. It’s one less thing to worry about during your move! If you would like to use a third-party insurance company, you are welcome to. Please contact our office for more information.
How long of a notice to vacate is required?
We require 60 days' notice to vacate for all leases. If your entered 60 days notice goes beyond your lease, you will pay the prorated month to month.
How do I place a service request for my home?
Great question! There are two ways for you to contact our team to address any maintenance issue you are experiencing. 1.) You can contact our leasing office directly so our team can place the service request in the system for you. 2.) Our online resident portal, Active Building, will allow you the ease of placing service requests online even after office hours. In the event of an emergency, such as a fire, flood, Ac not working, refrigerator not working, please contact our on-call maintenance number (1-608-736-9566) directly and you will be prompted for on-call maintenance.
Can I transfer to another unit?
Yes, you may transfer with a 30-day notice and pay the transfer fee of 75% of one month's rent.

If we do not meet your expectations within 30 days of your move to our community, we will release you from your lease*
* Any issues should be reported to your property team immediately, and we will do everything in our power to rectify the situation. If for any reason you still choose to leave, written notice will be required and we request that you share an explanation with the Property Manager so we can work to avoid the same situations in the future. This process must be completed, and you must vacate the premises and return your keys before the close of business on the one month anniversary of your move-in date. All final charges will be assessed per standard policy, and your deposit (up to the standard unit amount) will be surrendered. For more information, please contact your property team.
