Yes, Springs at DeForest is a pet-friendly community, and proudly welcomes pets of all sizes with no weight restrictions. Both cats and dogs are welcome with pre-approval. Breed restrictions and additional pet fees may apply. Purebred Guardian Breeds such as Bull Terriers, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, and Dobermans are restricted from our community. Some mixed breeds and other Guardian Breeds may be conditionally allowed upon community team approval. These restrictions do not apply to qualified assistance animals.

Springs at DeForest charges a one-time pet fee per pet at move-in, plus a recurring monthly pet rent. Dogs will be enrolled in the PooPrints DNA program, which includes a small one-time enrollment fee. Non-emergency requests are typically addressed within one to two business days, however as part of our commitment to convenient, carefree living, emergency maintenance is available 24/7.

The Springs 5-Star Standard includes Above & Beyond resident services, and the 30-Day Pledge: if you are not satisfied with your new home or if expectations are not met within 30 days of your move-in date, you can be released from your lease.

Yes, you may transfer with a 30-day notice and pay the transfer fee of 75% of one month's rent.

We require 60 days' notice to vacate for all leases. If your entered 60 days notice goes beyond your lease, you will pay the prorated month to month.
