Becoming a Springs at Pleasant View Resident
Yes! Select apartment homes are equipped with attached garages that are included in the rental price. We also have some detached heated garages that are available to rent.
Yes! We offer lease terms from 3 to 18 months. Pricing changes daily and the lease length can affect the pricing. We offer month-to-month lease options to our current residents after their initial lease term.
We are an extremely pet-friendly community. We allow both cats and dogs in our apartment homes. The maximum amount of pets per apartment home is 2. There is an initial nonrefundable pet fee of $300 per pet. Dogs have an additional DNA pet fee of $60 for our PooPrints program. Monthly pet rent is $35 per cat and $45 per dog. All utilities are billed separately based on your individual usage. Water, sewer and trash are billed with your rent each month. Electricity and gas are billed directly to you from the utility company.
We also offer an amazing valet trash service for $25 per month that is billed with your monthly rent. You can place the provided trash and recycling bins outside your front door and it is picked up directly from your apartment home 5 days per week!
The amenity fee of $250 is a one time fee that is paid upon move in. This fee is paid so we can ensure the upkeep of our amenities and so we can keep everything in tip top shape all year long!
Our residents have access to state-of-the-art amenities! We are equipped with a resort-style swimming pool, 24 fitness center, a complimentary car wash center, pet spa and two off-leash dog parks.
We do require renter’s insurance for all our residents. Our requirement is $100,000 personal liability coverage. You are welcome to find your own insurance provider but we do work with a really awesome provider, ERenterPlan and you can sign up for coverage during the application process!
Current Springs at Pleasant View Residents
Your water and sewer bill will show up after you have been living at the community for at least 45 days. Your first bill may not be a full billing cycle of 28-32 days so please note that it will be based on when the first billing cycle closed out along with your original move-in date.
You will need to provide the declaration page of the renters insurance along with ensuring all leaseholders are listed on the policy and Springs at Pleasant View is listed as the additional interested party.
Absolutely! We love finding solutions for our residents. There may be limits based on available apartments and the timeframe in which you wish to transfer, however. Call the office for details and options. Please note that if you transfer during your current lease, there is a transfer fee of 75% of your rent owed at the time of signing the transfer paperwork.
Please always follow county and state guidelines when it comes to emergency preparedness along with storm emergencies. In the event of a power outage, please contact Alliant Energy to report the outage.
Great question! There are two ways for you to contact our team to address any maintenance issue you are experiencing.
1.) You can contact our leasing office directly so our team can place the service request in the system for you.
2.) Our online resident portal, Active Building, will allow you the ease of placing service requests online even after office hours.
In the event of an emergency, such as a fire, flood, AC not working, refrigerator not working, please contact our office directly and you will be prompted for on-call maintenance.
In the event of a resident lockout during business hours, residents can always come up to the office or call our office for our team to open the door to your home.
Should your lockout occur after business hours, there is a $50.00 lockout fee charged back to the resident for our on-call maintenance team member to come out on site and open your front door. Residents are required to provide proof of identification for entry into their home.
Prior to moving in, residents are required to sign up for our Parcel Pending system. Parcel Pending is a secured locker location on site where packages are delivered and stored in a locker for 72 hours until the resident can pick up their packages from UPS, FedEx, or another USPS.
At the time of move in, there is a one-time fee of $30.00 paid to Parcel Pending, but you have the ease and peace of mind of picking up your packages 24/7. Please contact (855) 316-4756 or enroll online at parcelpending.com.
In Wisconsin, we are required to work off a re-rental policy. When you turn in keys early, we will begin marketing your apartment for a new resident to move in immediately. As soon as a new resident moves in, you are no longer responsible for the lease or rent on the apartment home. Until that point, you are responsible for rent on your apartment home and utilities until the end of your lease.
We require 60 days' notice to vacate for all leases. If your entered 60 days notice goes beyond your lease, you will pay the prorated month to month.

As a resident of Springs Luxury Apartments, you can expect:
* Any issues should be reported to your property team immediately, and we will do everything in our power to rectify the situation. If for any reason you still choose to leave, written notice will be required and we request that you share an explanation with the Property Manager so we can work to avoid the same situations in the future. This process must be completed, and you must vacate the premises and return your keys before the close of business on the one month anniversary of your move-in date. All final charges will be assessed per standard policy, and your deposit (up to the standard unit amount) will be surrendered. For more information, please contact your property team.
