Your water and sewer bill will show up after you have been living at the community for at least 45 days. Your first bill may not be a full billing cycle of 28-32 days so please note that it will be based on when the first billing cycle closed out along with your original move-in date.

Breed restrictions and additional pet fees may apply. Purebred Guardian Breeds such as Bull Terriers, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, and Dobermans are restricted from our community. Some mixed breeds and other Guardian Breeds may be conditionally allowed upon community team approval. These restrictions do not apply to qualified assistance animals.
