1. Whisler's

Whisler's offers one of the nicest patio scenes in Austin and hosts one of the best Super Bowl parties in town. With the spring-like temperatures we've been experiencing lately, watching the game on Whisler's patio with a craft beer or Bloody Mary in hand will be hard to beat. In addition to the complimentary Super Bowl spread, their menu at Thai Khun will feature several Super Bowl specials. The festivities kick off at 5:30 p.m., so get there early to score a premium seat on the patio.

2. Craftsman's Second Annual SOUPer Bowl Party

Austin has one of the best craft brewery scenes in the country, and several of these breweries will gather at Craftsman on Super Bowl Sunday for the annual SOUPer Bowl party. Each brewery will be tasked with making a soup, stew, gumbo or chili using one of their beers. Patrons are invited to join in on the fun and taste for free. The party starts at 5 p.m. with several TVs for viewing the game, and Craftsman will offer a number of great drink specials to quench your thirst.

Star Bar is the original West 6th Street bar and has been a favorite local gathering spot for Austin residents since 1994. Considering that Star Bar has the NFL Sunday Ticket package, this is a popular place to watch football games (especially if you're a Packers fan) and throw back a few cocktails. Star Bar's famous Hail Mary is sure to help your team pull off a win.

4. The Rock Sports Bar

This traditional American sports bar is filled with TVs, so you're bound to catch a good view of the game no matter where you are in the bar. The drink prices are reasonable for downtown Round Rock, and the menu offers a wide selection of food to satisfy your cravings.
