Our communities are in close proximity to several excellent dining options, so you will never go hungry. Here are some within a five-mile radius of at least one of our three Springs locations.

Hurricane Grill & Wings

If you’re looking for a laid back dining experience with flavorful food, consider Hurricane Grill and Wings, located less than a half-mile from Springs at Palma Sola Apartments in Bradenton. With 35 flavors of wings and cuisine inspired by beaches from around the world, Hurricane Grill and Wings reminds you of what life on the beach is all about.

Madfish Grill

Less than a mile from Springs at Bee Ridge, Madfish Grill offers residents of Sarasota a casual seafood dining experience. The food is exceptional, and the prices are affordable. Madfish Grill has brunch, lunch, and dinner, with a special "early bird" dinner menu with excellent pricing. The full bar is available seven days per week and offers a fun and welcoming happy hour. The locally-owned restaurant treats diners like family. With its close proximity to our Sarasota apartments, chances are you will frequent it regularly, so the staff will quickly become friends.

Basil's Chicken & Ribs

Located within walking distance of Springs at Braden River Apartments, Basil's Chicken & Ribs offers fresh-from-the-farm flavors and locally baked breads delivered daily. The food at Basil's is never fried and contains no MSG, so you can feel confident that you are dining on healthy options. Basil's has locations in both Bradenton and Sarasota.

Hickory Hollow
4705 U.S. 301

Just two miles from Springs at Braden River is Hickory Hollow, your source for tasty Carolina-style barbecue. The BBQ at Hickory Hollow is smoked over white hickory, and the restaurant serves them alongside crab cakes and other Baltimore-style seafood restaurants passed down through the family for several generations. The family-run restaurant is closed Mondays and Sundays. If you don't have time for a sit-down meal, try to catch the Hickory Hollow food truck around town!
