If your calendar is still blank for Valentine’s Day and the preceding weekend, you still have several options for filling it up. The My Furry Valentine Mega Adoption Event takes place February 11 and 12, so you have time to find your four-legged Valentine just before the holiday. Adoptions take place from noon to 6 p.m. on Saturday, February 11, and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday, February 12. You’ll find more than 700 animals under one roof looking for a new home.
If you’re looking for a special way to share the love with everyone in your family, visit the Valentine’s Day Storytime event at Barnes & Noble. The event takes place Saturday, February 11 at 11 a.m. where you can enjoy two themed stories in addition to fun Valentine’s activities.
The Goldfish Swim School is offering families a fun way to enjoy the holiday together with a Valentine’s Day Family Swim Event on February 10 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. You’ll find both watery fun and themed craft projects. Admission is just $5 per person up to a $15 total per family. RSVPs are requested.
Several restaurants located at Liberty Center are offering special menus for Valentine’s Day. Enjoy a two-course prix fixe menu with Tuscan flavors from February 10 to 14 at Brio. Cantina Laredo is hosting a three-course Valentine’s Especialidad from February 11 to 14, and Kona Grill is hosting Valentine’s Date Night on February 14 with a two-course meal for two people priced at $44.95.
At Rodizio, you’ll find special menus for both brunch and dinner from February 11–14. A variety of packages let you customize the evening just the way you like, with features ranging from champagne and dessert to flowers waiting at your table.

The Memo is hosting a special Valentine’s Day meal on February 14. Choose your time to enjoy this progressive dinner—6 or 8 p.m.—which includes three courses in each of the venue’s stunning event spaces. Strolling musicians and special wine selections will create the perfect ambiance for a memorable evening. Tickets are $60 and include dinner, a glass of wine, and dessert.
