How much does it cost to apply?
The application fees include the following:
$99 portion of the standard $300 deposit, with the remainder being paid at move-in
$150 administration fee per apartment home reserved
$65 application fee per adult occupant
How do I apply when I’m ready?
There are several super easy options for applying:
Our quotes expire after 24 hours, so if you need to generate a new quote please select the floor plans tab on our website and select an available apartment home along with move in date and lease term to create a new custom quote.

What are your application qualifications?
To become a resident at Springs at Westgate, every applicant must meet the following rental qualifications:
Must make 3x the rent
Must have no evictions
Must have good rental history
Must not have a criminal background history
Do you verify an applicants income?
Yes, every applicants employment and income is verified during our application process.
What are your occupancy qualifications?
Studio —maximum of 2 occupants
1 Bedroom— maximum of 3 occupants
Two (2) Bedroom— maximum of 5 occupants
Three (3) Bedroom— maximum of 7 occupants
How are requirements for leasing an apartment home verified?
Every resident at Springs at Westgate must undergo a credit and criminal background screening. Every residents rental history and employment will be verified as well. More information about our screening criteria is available from the leasing center.
Do you have garages?
Yes! We do offer garage options! Aside from select apartment homes that offer attached garage options, you can reserve a detached garage for $165 per month.
Can I still move in if I don’t meet the minimum 3x rent income requirement?
There are other options that may allow you to still qualify to become a resident at Springs at Westgate. Call our office at 623-432-5087 and we can discuss!
Do you offer month to month or short term leases?
We are currently offering 10-18 month lease terms. Pricing varies based on lease term.
Are you pet-friendly?
Yes! Our community is very pet friendly! We have two pet parks and an on-site pet spa. We allow two pets per home, with the exception of service animals, and do not have any weight restrictions. To learn more about our pet-inspired amenities and breed restrictions, visit here.
What are the differences in your floor plans?
Our Courtyard apartments are located on the first-floor level, our Overlook homes are on the second-floor level.
Do you accept section 8?
No, we do not participate in this program at this time.

If we do not meet your expectations within 30 days of your move to our community, we will release you from your lease*
* Any issues should be reported to your property team immediately, and we will do everything in our power to rectify the situation. If for any reason you still choose to leave, written notice will be required and we request that you share an explanation with the Property Manager so we can work to avoid the same situations in the future. This process must be completed, and you must vacate the premises and return your keys before the close of business on the one month anniversary of your move-in date. All final charges will be assessed per standard policy, and your deposit (up to the standard unit amount) will be surrendered. For more information, please contact your property team.
