Becoming a Springs at Posner Park Resident
Yes! Some apartments feature private, attached garages with direct access into your home. We also have detached garages that are a short walk to your front door.
We do not offer furnished options, but you can rent furniture through CORT.com. Contact us for more details!
Yes! We offer flexible lease terms from 3-18 month leases.
Yes! We allow two pets per home, with the exception of service animals, and do not have any weight restrictions.
For dogs there is a $75 Poo Prints fee. For all pets, there is a $300 non-refundable pet fee per pet.

When you submit an application with us we look at credit history, rental/ mortgage history, gross income (to see that you make 3x the rent), and criminal history. Please note that out of state applicants can have a longer screening timeline for the criminal history compared to in-state residents.
The $91 lifestyle fee includes valet trash, that picks up from your front door 5-nights a week, a streaming cable service, high speed fiber-optic internet, and service for our Parcel Pending package locker system.
Current Springs at Posner Park Residents
The water and sewer bills are billed in the arrears to allow for accurate readings from when you moved in. Your first utility bill will likely show up 30-45 days after move-in.
Your bill will be reflected in Active Building with rent through velocity.
We require liability insurance for your apartment with $100,000 minimum in coverage. Must include “additional interest” Continental Properties PO Box 660121 Dallas, TX 75266.
We highly recommend you visit the local government website for recommendations on how to prepare and what steps you can take during storm emergencies.

Yes, if you are on a month-to-month lease we will need a 30-day notice prior to vacating, however, if you are fulfilling a longer lease we require a 60-day notice prior to vacating.
You can pay your rent and submit a service request online through our website here or download the "Active Building" app to login and pay/submit a service request.
If you have an emergency service request, we kindly ask that you do not submit these online but call our office number at 833-904-2946 and follow the prompts for emergency maintenance.

As a resident of Springs Premium Apartments, you can expect:
* Any issues should be reported to your property team immediately, and we will do everything in our power to rectify the situation. If for any reason you still choose to leave, written notice will be required and we request that you share an explanation with the Property Manager so we can work to avoid the same situations in the future. This process must be completed, and you must vacate the premises and return your keys before the close of business on the one month anniversary of your move-in date. All final charges will be assessed per standard policy, and your deposit (up to the standard unit amount) will be surrendered. For more information, please contact your property team.
