Yes! We offer flexible lease terms from 7-15 month leases.
Current Springs at Posner Park Residents
The water and sewer bills are billed in the arrears to allow for accurate readings from when you moved in. Your first utility bill will likely show up 30-45 days after move-in.
Your bill will be reflected in Active Building with rent through velocity.
We require liability insurance for your apartment with $100,000 minimum in coverage. Don't forget to add us as an "Additional Insured or Interested Party" with the following information:
