The application fee includes a $500 security deposit (starts at), $225 administration fee, and an $85 application fee per adult living in the home.
How do I apply when I’m ready?
There are several super easy options for applying:

Visit us in the office and we can walk you through the application process
We would be happy to send you a quote and you can apply through the electronic quote directly
Do you have garages?
You have the option to add on detached garages to your lease at $125 a month.
Do you offer furnished lease options?
Our team is here to help arrange furnished housing options with trusted furnished rental companies in the Fort Myers area!
Do you offer month to month or short term leases?
Our lease terms range from 3-18 months.
Can I still move in if I don’t meet the minimum 2.7x rent income requirement?
If you do not meet the 2.7x income requirement, you may add a guarantor to your lease. Please contact the office for more details.
Do you have preferred employers?
Yes! We have various employers that are on our preferred list and have the ability to receive a discount on some application fees. Contact the office or visit our preferred employer page to learn more!
Who is the internet and cable provider?
We are proud to be partnered with Dish Network for both internet and cable for our residents.
Current Springs at Daniels Parkway Residents
Why doesn’t my water bill show up on my bill?
The water and sewer bills are billed in the arrears to allow for accurate readings from when you moved in. Your first utility bill will likely show up on your third month's statement.
Is renters insurance required for residents?
You do not need to take any action to sign up for renter’s insurance. We will automatically enroll you in the Get Covered Master Policy program. This program satisfies our insurance requirement and provides up to $10,000 in content coverage for your belongings. It’s one less thing to worry about during your move! If you would like to us a third-party insurance company you are welcome to. Please contact our office for more information.
Can I transfer to another unit?
Absolutely! We love finding solutions for our residents. We can find you another apartment home based on available apartments and the timeframe in which you wish to transfer. Call the office for details and options!
What should I do for a storm emergency?
We highly recommend you visit the local government website for recommendations on how to prepare and what steps you can take during storm emergencies. You may also sign up for the local Lee County alerts.

If we do not meet your expectations within 30 days of your move to our community, we will release you from your lease*
* Any issues should be reported to your property team immediately, and we will do everything in our power to rectify the situation. If for any reason you still choose to leave, written notice will be required and we request that you share an explanation with the Property Manager so we can work to avoid the same situations in the future. This process must be completed, and you must vacate the premises and return your keys before the close of business on the one month anniversary of your move-in date. All final charges will be assessed per standard policy, and your deposit (up to the standard unit amount) will be surrendered. For more information, please contact your property team.
