  • Our quotes expire after 24 hours, so if you need to generate a new quote please select the floor plans tab on our website and select an available apartment home along with move in date and lease term to create a new custom quote.

Yes! Select apartment homes have attached HEATED garages or detached garages that are included in rent.  We also offer additional rentable detached garages on-site for an additional $110.00 per month.

We do not offer furnished lease options; however, we do work closely with Cort Furniture to help you with securing furniture for your new home. Contact us for more details! 

Yes! We do offer short-term leases from 3-18 month lease terms!  Each home has a unique price based on many factors, contact us for more details!

Yes! We allow two pets per home, with the exception of service animals, and do not have any weight restrictions. *pet fees apply

Your water and sewer bill will show up after you have been living at the community for at least 45 days. Your first bill may not be a full billing cycle of 28-32 days so please note that it will be based on when the first billing cycle closed out along with your original move-in date.

You will need to provide the declaration page of the renters insurance along with ensuring all leaseholders are listed on the policy and Springs at Apple Valley is listed as the additional interested party.

Absolutely! We love finding solutions for our residents. There may be limits based on available apartments and the timeframe in which you wish to transfer, however. Call the office for details and options. Please note that if you transfer during your current lease, there is a transfer fee of 75% of your rent owed at the time of signing the transfer paperwork.

Great question! There are two ways for you to contact our team to address any maintenance issue you are experiencing.
1.) You can contact our leasing office directly so our team can place the service request in the system for you.
2.) Our online resident portal, Active Building, will allow you the ease of placing service requests online even after office hours.
In the event of an emergency, such as a fire, flood, Ac not working, refrigerator not working, please contact our office directly and you will be prompted for on-call maintenance.

In the event of a resident lockout, during business hours, residents can always come up to the office or call our office for our team to open the door to your home.

Should your lockout occur after business hours, there is a $50.00 lockout fee charged back to the resident for our on-call maintenance team member to come out on site and open your front door. Residents are required to provide proof of identification for entry into their home.

You do not need to take any action to sign up for renter’s insurance. We will automatically enroll you in the Get Covered Master Policy program. This program satisfies our insurance requirement and provides up to $10,000 in content coverage for your belongings. It’s one less thing to worry about during your move! If you would like to use a third-party insurance company you are welcome to. Please contact our office for more information.

The application fees include the following:

• $60/per adult occupant
• $200 administration fee
• $300 deposit *additional deposit of one month’s rent may be required for conditional approval

We offer rentable detached garages on-site for an additional $120.00 per month.

• $300 per pet
• $65 Poo Prints registration fee for dogs
• $25 pet rent per pet

 

• Utility Connection Fee: $45
• Monthly Water/Sewer/Trash: $20-$40 monthly estimate

There is a $30 monthly lifestyle fee.
