Yes, Springs at Ashby is a pet-friendly community, and proudly welcomes pets of all sizes with no weight restrictions. Both cats and dogs are welcome with pre-approval. Breed restrictions and additional pet fees may apply. Purebred Guardian Breeds such as Bull Terriers, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, and Dobermans are restricted from our community. Some mixed breeds and other Guardian Breeds may be conditionally allowed upon community team approval. These restrictions do not apply to qualified assistance animals.

Springs at Ashby charges a one-time pet fee per pet at move-in, plus a recurring monthly pet rent. Dogs will be enrolled in the PooPrints DNA program, which includes a small one-time enrollment fee. No, we do not participate in this program at this time. 

Once you submit an application with all required documents, your application will be reviewed within 2-3 business days. Same-day move-ins are not permitted. If your application is approved, our team will reach back out to you to discuss next steps such as lease signing and move-in day. Maintenance at Springs at Ashby is handled by our friendly and dedicated on-site team. Residents can submit non-emergency requests easily through our resident app, by calling the leasing office, or by walk-in. Non-emergency requests are typically addressed within one to two business days, however as part of our commitment to convenient, carefree living, emergency maintenance is available 24/7.

As a reminder, residents are required to provide a 60-day notice to vacate, in writing, prior to leaving at the end of their lease term.

We require that all residents return their apartment home back to our leasing office in the condition it was given to them at the time of move in. We require your apartment home to be professionally cleaned, along with a professional carpet cleaning in the bedrooms.

If you are leaving prior to the end of your lease term, please contact our leasing office for additional information regarding the process of moving out of your apartment home.

Absolutely! We love finding solutions for our residents. There may be limits based on available apartments and the timeframe in which you wish to transfer, however. Call the office for details and options. Please note that if you transfer during your current lease, there is a transfer fee of 75% of your rent owed at the time of signing the transfer paperwork.

You do not need to take any action to sign up for renter’s insurance. We will automatically enroll you in the Get Covered Master Policy program. This program provides up to $10,000 in coverage for your belongings, which is one less thing to worry about during your move! If you would like to use a third-party insurance company you are welcome to. Please contact our office for more information.
