Rochester, Minnesota is a dog-friendly city with lots of options for canine fun. The team at Springs at South Broadway, a pet-friendly community, decided to pull together a convenient list of area dog parks for you to enjoy your time with your furry friend. Whether you're new to the area or have lived here your whole life, we hope you find fun new ways to play with your dog from our list below.
1. Jean & Carl Frank Canine Park
Overseen by the Rochester Parks & Recreation Department, the Jean & Carl Frank Canine Park offers both paved and unpaved trails at its location at 1839 Pinewood Road SE which is north of Pinewood Elementary School. Partially fenced with a wooded area, the gate leads to a walking path. Both small and large dog play areas allow all canines and their owners to feel comfortable.
2. Jean & Carl Frank Canine Park North
Another location of the Jean & Carl Frank Canine Park can be found on the west side of West Circle Drive where it intersects with Members Parkway. This park is also under the jurisdiction of the Rochester Parks & Recreation Department.
