1. Jean & Carl Frank Canine Park

Overseen by the Rochester Parks & Recreation Department, the Jean & Carl Frank Canine Park offers both paved and unpaved trails at its location at 1839 Pinewood Road SE which is north of Pinewood Elementary School. Partially fenced with a wooded area, the gate leads to a walking path. Both small and large dog play areas allow all canines and their owners to feel comfortable.  

2. Jean & Carl Frank Canine Park North

Another location of the Jean & Carl Frank Canine Park can be found on the west side of West Circle Drive where it intersects with Members Parkway. This park is also under the jurisdiction of the Rochester Parks & Recreation Department.

3. River Road Dog Park

Situated just north of Essex Park, River Road Dog Park can be found at West River Road and 62nd Street. Comprising three separate areas -- two that are four acres in size and one that is 2.5 acres -- River Road Dog Park offers lots of space to play and run and is maintained by the city's Parks & Recreation department. 

4. Leashes and Leads

Leashes and Leads, a facility that provides pet boarding, training, grooming and other services, also offers playtime for your canine friend. Leashes and Leads offers both passes and memberships for the convenience of your budget and your schedule.
