- CHARGING THE PROSPECTIVE TENANT A RENTAL APPLICATION FEE; OR

- CHARGING THE PROSPECTIVE TENANT A FEE FOR THE LANDLORD TO ACCESS OR USE THE PORTABLE TENANT SCREENING REPORT.
