Our Courtyard apartments are located on the first floor level, our Overlook homes are on the second floor level.

Our two-story buildings have townhome style entrances with the apartment all on one level.

Each home includes unassigned, uncovered parking as part of the lease agreement. Select homes have attached garages. We also have additional garages for a fee.

Apartment homes designated as Concierge indicate that upgraded amenities such as a double door refrigerator, backsplash kitchen tile, framed mirrors and more are included in your home. Exclusions apply to studios on select upgrades.

Yes! We offer lease terms anywhere from 3-18 months, short term leases are available with a premium price.

Springs at Lake Elmo is located in the Stillwater Area School District and Mahtomedi Public School District. This includes O.H. Anderson Elementary, Stillwater Junior High School, Mahtomedi Middle School, Stillwater Area High School, Mahtomedi Senior High School

Springs at Lake Elmo is 4 minutes from 3 large shopping centers, 3 minutes from over 2,000 acres of park reserve, and 12 minutes from downtown St. Paul.

Yes! We allow two pets per home, with the exception of service animals, and do not have any weight restrictions. *pet fees apply

The application process can take up to 48 hours if all supporting documents are provided when you apply. This includes a valid photo ID, 2 months' worth of verifiable income and previous landlord information. 

Your water and sewer bill will show up after you have been living at the community for at least 90 days. Your first bill may not be a full billing cycle of 28-32, so please note that it will be based on when the first billing cycle closed out, along with your move-in date.

All residents are required to have an active renter's insurance policy for their apartment home. You will need to provide us with your declaration page and list, "Continental Fund 483 LLC - Springs at Lake Elmo, PO Box 115009, Carrollton, TX 75011-5009" as an Additional Interested Party.

Great question! There are two ways for you to contact our team to address any maintenance issue you are experiencing.
1.) You can contact our leasing office directly so our team can place the service request in the system for you.
2.) Our online resident portal, Active Building, will allow you the ease of placing service requests online even after office hours.
In the event of an emergency, such as a fire, flood, Ac not working, refrigerator not working, please contact our on-call maintenance number (1-844-650-0308) directly and you will be prompted for on-call maintenance.

As a reminder, residents are required to provide a 60-day notice to vacate, in writing, prior to leaving at the end of their lease term.

We require that all residents return their apartment home back to our leasing office in the condition it was given to them at the time of move in. We require your apartment home to be professionally cleaned, along with a professional carpet cleaning in the bedrooms.

If you are leaving prior to the end of your lease term, please contact our leasing office for additional information regarding the process of moving out of your apartment home.

You do not need to take any action to sign up for renter’s insurance. We will automatically enroll you in the Get Covered Master Policy program. This program satisfies our insurance requirement and provides up to $10,000 in content coverage for your belongings. It’s one less thing to worry about during your move! If you would like to use a third-party insurance company you are welcome to. Please contact our office for more information.
