Continental Properties Named Top Workplace by Milwaukee Journal Sentinel

For the second year in a row, Continental Properties, developers and owner/operators of Springs apartment communities, has been named one of southeastern Wisconsin’s Top Workplaces by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. The newspaper’s Top Workplaces recognizes “the businesses and organizations whose employees find their jobs most rewarding and meaningful.”

Continental Properties and each of its Springs team members know that for us to create vibrant communities people are proud to be part of, we first have to create a place where conscientious, service-oriented people want to work. These are the people who shape the experience that’s provided to each of our residents.

Here are just a few of the things Continental Property employees said about the company in a workplace assessment survey done late last year, and which served as a basis for our being named to this prestigious list:
