The transfer is low-cost, low-stress and allows you to continue experiencing our 5-star standard in your new home.

Job Relocation

Last year, future resident Mya was getting ready to sign a lease at Springs at 2534 in Loveland, CO. At the last second, Mya received a job offer in Kentucky, and with the help of our 2534 team was able to schedule a virtual tour of our Springs at La Grange community in Louisville. Mya was able to find the perfect home for her at Springs at La Grange. She said “The customer service, and their true desire to help is second to none. This is by far the easiest and best experience I have had renting a home.” We are so glad that despite unprecedented circumstances, we were able to assist Mya in finding her home and keep her as a part of our Springs community! 

Relocating with Ease

Relocating from out-of-state can be stressful, but our onsite team members strive to provide a comfortable leasing experience even from afar. Earlier this year future resident Lisa was working to move her family to Wisconsin and was facing the challenge of finding a new home while selling her current home in a timely fashion. Meaghan, our Leasing Associate at Springs at Sun Prairie, sent Lisa a community site map, floor plan options, and photos of our homes and community. Lisa was able to successfully lease her new home at Springs at Sun Prairie remotely with ease knowing that a friendly onsite team was waiting to welcome her family home when she arrived. She says, “Thank you Meaghan a million times over. You made a difference for us! Can't wait to start our new journey in Madison at the Springs at Sun Prairie.” 

Minneapolis > Phoenix   

Current resident Maria has been a valued Springs resident for over 4 years. Her journey started in 2017 at Springs at Apple Valley in Apple Valley, MN. After 3 years at Springs at Apple Valley, Maria decided it was time for a change of scenery and decided to leave behind the Minnesota climate and experience the vast desert canyons of the Phoenix Valley. Maria let our team know she only wanted to live at Springs communities due to our “outstanding customer values and product quality” and was our very first applicant during the pre-lease stage at our brand-new Arizona community, Springs at Red Mountain.  

Since moving into her home at Springs at Red Mountain, Maria frequently expresses her happiness and has even recruited her own daughter, Makayla, as our newest Leasing Associate! We are so grateful for Maria’s loyalty to Continental’s living experience and are excited to welcome her as a part of our extended work family.
