For the 3rd year in a row, Continental Properties, developers and owner/operators of Springs apartment communities, has been named one of southeastern Wisconsin’s Top Workplaces by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel has been recognizing the Top Workplaces in southeastern Wisconsin for six years, giving businesses and organizations an opportunity to celebrate and share their best practices.
Our team at Continental Properties and Springs know that great apartment communities can’t be built without having a great team, and we’ve worked very hard to create a positive work environment where hard-working, service-oriented people want to come to work every day. After all, these are the people who shape the experience that’s provided to each of our residents.
As a matter of fact, here are just a few examples of what Continental Properties employees had to say about the company in a workplace assessment survey that was part of the Journal Sentinel’s selection process:
“I love working for a company that has values.”
“I love my team and the company I work for. I feel needed and appreciated.”
“It allows me to do what I do best. I enjoy the opportunity I have to be creative and productive. I love the personal support and emphasis on quality of life.”
James Schloemer, CEO of Continental Properties, was honored to hear that Continental Properties was once again named to the Top Workplaces list:
“It’s always a great honor to be named as one the top workplaces in the state, but even more so when it happens 3 years in a row. I think that speaks volumes about the talented, thoughtful, and hardworking employees we have on our team, and there’s no way we’d be so successful without them. Everyone here is committed to improving our communities, developing great relationships, working hard, and also having fun, and they do it every day they come into work.”
From all of us at Continental Properties, we’re proud to work with such a great group of people, and even prouder to represent the communities we’re a part of. Thank you to all of our residents for helping make Continental and Springs worthy of this recognition!
