Four Springs Communities Recieve National Recognition

Springs at Alamo Ranch, Springs at Bettendorf, Springs at Jordan Creek and Springs at Winchester Road have all been recognized among ORA™ Power Rankings elite one percent properties in the nation for maintaining an outstanding online reputation in 2015. Each community registered an ORA™ (Online Reputation Assessment) Score of 84 or above. The national average ORA™ score is 54.9.

Developed by J Turner Research and published by Multifamily Executive, the ORA™ Power Rankings highlights the performance of properties, management companies, and REITs with regards to their online reputation. The rankings assign an ORA™ score to each property, based on a monthly, nationwide study of the online reputation of more than 14 million doors, 55,000 properties across multiple review sites and Internet Listing Sites.
