Options for When You Just Can't Tour an Apartment in Person

Social media and the digital revolution have made it easier than ever to locate an apartment community. However, if you think you can’t tour that Springs Apartments home you’re interested in due to being located across town or in a different city, think again.

Through use of a variety of apps, videos and other technologies you can virtually tour Springs Apartments and get a sense of what your potential new home and community will be like.

Video Tours

Many of our communities have videos that enable you to take a "live" virtual tour, so you can get a look at the actual layout and features such as hardwood-style floors and kitchen islands. You’ll see where closets and windows are, and even where the electrical outlets are located! You can also check out community amenities. Take a look at the sample videos below:

Live Online Tour

Whether you're across the country or across town, Springs Apartments team can take you on a live tour of our apartment community—including the specific apartment you're interested in—via Facetime, Facebook Live or Skype. Our leasing professionals at Springs at Woodlands South in Tulsa recently did this for a prospective resident. Watch how it turned out:

3D Floor Plans

Beyond video tours, Springs offers 3D floor plans that recreate a model of one of our luxury apartments, showing what it could look like fully furnished. In addition to providing a visual of possible furniture layouts, these floor plans can provide ideas for creative use of the space. 

Interactive Space Planners

If you'd like to see how your own furnishings will fit inside the apartment, Springs offers interactive space planners for some of our communities. This remarkable tool enables you to arrange your furniture in the space so you'll have an idea before you move in what will (or won't) fit.

• A variety of furnishing icons are listed by room. You can even include accessories such as plants, room dividers and area rugs.
• Simply drag-and-drop icons onto the floor plan. Each one will shrink or enlarge to the average size of the corresponding piece, or you can enter specific dimensions. Options are available to flip or rotate icons for accurate positioning.
• Check actual measurements with the dimensions tool. Click on the ruler tab and use the crosshair to draw a line that displays the length in feet and inches.
• Create a free account to save, print, export and share views.
