Congratulations to our 2021 Red Umbrella Award Recipients

Every quarter, we celebrate an onsite community team member who has demonstrated outstanding customer service to our residents by presenting them with the Red Umbrella Award.  Since its inception in 2013, this award has recognized team members who have gone Above & Beyond in their work to provide our residents an unmatched living experience. Recipients demonstrate a strong ability to anticipate the customers’ needs, ensuring all residents living at a Springs or Authentix community love where they live. Team members are nominated by their fellow colleagues to receive the Red Umbrella Award, and one winner is chosen by senior leadership at the end of each quarter.

The winner’s name and nomination testimonial are shared with Continental team members via a company-wide announcement to commemorate the winner and learn about other team members who were also nominated for the award that quarter.
