This brand-new rating from ApartmentRatings and StatisFacts is determined by a metric called the Experience & Performance Intelligence Quotient (epIQ) Index. This index is a comprehensive score based on four variables:
- Renter ratings from reviews and surveys
- Manager review response rate
- Review volume
- Manager review response time
According to StatisFacts, the epIQ Index “delivers the most authentic, relevant and actionable information” to represent the entire renter experience. You can learn more about the epIQ Index here. This metric is based on a rolling 12-month schedule and new standings will be announced monthly.
